宣讲会之后现场提交简历，hr现场简单面试，就是问一下四六级啊，学习成绩，应聘岗位和工作地点的问题，时间很短，就几分钟。当天晚上通知第二天上午面试。一个面试官，5个应聘者，先让做一个即兴演讲，然后是自我介绍，最后是结构化面试。中午通知下午面试。三个面试官，五个应聘者。还是针对简历上的内容提一些问题。然后是说了薪酬待遇。硕士5000，转正后5500，税前。让我们回来考虑，晚上9点前告诉他们签不签。
