Some expatriates in the company but the communication between Headquarters and China is poor
Not suitable for long-term professional development
Ask for at least 20% salary premium above market average because the company can't give you anything more.
This industry is notorious for poor management and Kone can't be an exception in China.
Finland people are usually very very very very very lazy.
