1、Maintains the general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries,coding of invoices,account analysis and reconciliation,and setting up new accounts.
2、Fixed asset management,including cycle count and other daily management.
3、Responsible of Account Receivables accounting,including AR collection, AR aging analysis,etc.
4、Improve the related accounting process in daily operation.
5、Ensures that systems and daily operation are in compliance with company policies/internal control and regulations.
6、Assists in the preparation of working papers for annual audit.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above,major in Accounting or Finance related.
2、Fluent oral English.More than 2 years working experience in Finance.
3、Able to understand company products,manufacturing operations,equipment utilization,and material requirement.
4、Prior experience working with personal computers including spreadsheet experience.
5、Analytical skills.
6、MS excel ,knowledge in SAP preferred.Smart,thought leadership and good sense of responsibility.
